Andres Arizmendi was arrested and charged with reckless driving and attempting to take a weapon from a police officer.

The officer attempted to pull over Arizmendi on Sunday morning on Ringgold street when Arizmendi pulled into a private driveway. When the officer tried to handcuff Arizmendi attempted to pull the officers gun from his holster but was unsuccessful. His bond was set at $13,000 dollars.
