Suspect Charged in Drive-by Shooting

Pharr police charged a 19 year-old man with criminal attempted murder on Monday morning after he was one of the shooters in a drive by shooting on Halloween night.

Jose Hernandez is accused of shooting a man on the 500 block of East Hawk street and the victim is still recovering from his wound to his leg. Another  suspect, involved in the shooting, is a juvenile and was taken into custody by police. Mr. Hernandez's bail was set at $250,000 dollars.
