The suspect behind the bandana that robbed a Taco Bell off of Ruben Torres at gunpoint has been arrested and charged with the crime.

Eric Gaytan was charged with one count of aggravated robbery and police state he has been linked to other robberies in Harlingen, San Benito and Santa Rosa.
