Two men faced a judge in the role they played in the murder of man found dead earlier this month.

Officials believe 37 year-old Alfredo Cisneros shot Oscar Trevino in the head and left his body behind a home in Alamo. Investigators say Cisneros had picked up Trevino, who flew into the Valley, to do a drug deal and killed him. A second suspect, Arturo Cuellar, was also arraigned for tampering with physical evidence for cleaning out the vehicle used in the murder of Trevino. On a separate crime, Cisneros was arraigned in connection with a missing gun from the Pharr police department that was found inside a vehicle that Cisneros was driving.

Hidalgo County Sheriff Lupe Trevino stated, "We do know that they're connected. That they operate together and could be the possibility that is the murder weapon or maybe they were just planning a heist somewhere, we don't know." A ballistic test on the 9 millimeter is expected to be out within the next thirty days and Cisneros bond was set at $1 million dollars.
