One of the suspects accused of killing Reyes Garcia during a fake home invasion was in District Court for a pre-trail meeting.

Garciela Arjona was arrested back in April and was formally charged with capital murder at the time appeared in District Court on Tuesday. She and her sister, Vanessa Garcia, are accused of plotting Reyes Garcia's death during a staged home invasion. The victim's brother says he hopes that Arjona gets sentenced with the death penalty and stated, "There's little details that even police aren't aware of. The children told me, one of her kids that's here too, told me that he saw his mother pointing the gun at his father, and she also pointed too, I don't know who shot him, but one of her own kids told me."
