BROWNSVILLE - Brownsville Mayor Tony MArtinez other top city leaders and officials from Matamoros gathered Yesterday for the first economic summit. The meeting is one of many that will focus on Economic oppurtunities between Mexico and US as well as the sister cities, Brownsville and  Matamoros.
