SULLIVAN CITY - Sullivan City Police arrest a man for possessing 423 pounds of marijuana.

It happened around 2:30 p.m., when Sullivan City Police attempted to pull over a brown Chevy Malibu for speeding on West Expressway 83. But the driver decided to run.

After a short pursuit, Pablo Perez Jr., 22, jumped out of the vehicle and ran on foot.

Police caught Perez and found the marijuana stashed in his vehicle.
