Study Links Alcohol to Breast Cancer

A new study by the Journal of the American Medical Association says there is a  link of women who drink alcohol to breast cancer.

The study reports that women who have three to six drinks a week increase their chances for breast cancer by around 15 percent. Dr. Todd Shenkenberg is a medical oncologist, who has this advice for women who drink alcohol, "I would say drink in moderation in other words if there is a social event or dinner that's fine,  but I would say don't think on an ongoing bases constantly week after week."

The study also revealed consuming two drinks a day increases your chances significantly by about 51% compared to women who never drink alcohol.
