A Harlingen high school student was arrested after police say he brought drugs and a weapon to school.

Police on Monday say Gerardo Moreno refused to give an MP3 player to a teacher, but did reach into his pocket and drugs fell out onto the floor. Police say they also found a screw driver and arrested him. His bond was set at $30,000 dollars.
