A rare 100-year old native tree is missing in Cullum Hasty's yard.

While on a walk on his property he felt something was not right and discovered his tree was not where it should be, but instead a stump was in its place.

"At first I just thought, something's wrong, something's missing and then I realized, the cedar trees gone," said Hasty.

A tree that big is valued at more than $3,000 if sold for its lumber.
