Erica Rocha from Brownsville is out on a $20,000 dollar bond after police charged her with injury to a child.

She was arrested on January 28th following an investigation by Child Protective Services. Rocha is accused of shaking a 5 month-old baby causing damages to her eyes and could have developmental problems in her brain. Rocha did live in a home with a special need child and 5 month-old baby is staying with her paternal grandmother.

Rocha was accessed a $20,000 bond and was able to post bond.
