A San Benito woman was arrested after the Sheriff's Department charged her with two counts of injury to a child.

The Sheriff's Department says that Gloria Gonzalez used a plier to try to pull on her step daughters lips and also kicked and bruised the child in her private area. Gonzalez who was arrested on Tuesday was given a $80,000 dollar bond.
