State Attorney General to Crack Down on Human Trafficking

The Texas State Attorney General wants to work hand in hand with Texas Legislators to crack down on Human trafficking.

According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, human trafficking is the second largest criminal industry in the world today right behind drug trafficking. It is estimated that one in every five victims coming into the United States comes through Texas.

Attorney General Greg Abbott joined State Senator Van de Putte in Austin for the announcement.
