STARR COUNTY — Starr county has a murder mystery on its hand as a 43 year-old Mexican national was found dead outside a home in the El Garceno community. Police received a call about gunshots being heard on Wednesday night Cpt. Homer Flores, from the Violent Crimes Unit in Starr County, stated, "The information we received is limited. We are given a vague description of a white pickup truck leaving the scene right after the shooting."
