The suspect Ricardo Renteria threw three bundles out of the window. In a desperate attempt to get Police off his back. Police confiscated almost 800 lbs. of marijuana in the vehicle.
Renteria was charged with felony possession of marijuana and evading Police Saturday afternoon.
Another suspect was also arrested. Police say Federico "Chencho" Salinas was assisting the suspect through out the pursuit. They say it wasn't the first time.
Salinas confessed to assisting two chases. He told Police he was paid up to $400 to serve as a look out.
