Smuggler Indicted

In McAllen, a Reynosa man has been indicted for trying to smuggle weapons into Mexico. Juan Sauceda, 29, was arrested last month.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, he tried to sneak in guns through the Port of Entry in Hidalgo.
Border agents found 10 semi-automatic firearms, 87 fire arm magazines and more than a thousand rounds of ammunition. If convicted, he could face 20 years in prison
