Slight relief to Energy costs this summer

Even though it's obviously hot in the R-G-V, the U.S.. Energy Information Administration says it could be cooler this summer overall than in previous years.

Still that's expected to bring only slight relief to energy costs.

The savings are expected to be about 10 dollars on average, just enough for a few ice cream cones during the dog days of summer.
