Three teens were caught red handed and charged with shoplifting at Sunrise Mall.

Police report that 18 year-old Herman De Jesus Quintero, along with two other teens were caught with stolen goods. It happened on Sunday when Brownsville Police departments Special Investigation Unit was called in to investigate. Quintero was booked into the jail and the two other teens were detained.
