SOUTHERN WILLACY COUNTY IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS.

* UNTIL 400 PM CDT

* AT 221 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS DETECTED
A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS OF 60
TO 70 MPH WINDS...8 MILES NORTHWEST OF HARLINGEN VALLEY
AIRPORT...MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...

A WIND GUST OF 66 MPH HAS ALREADY BEEN REPORTED WITH THIS STORM.
