HARLINGEN — U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison was honored for her hard work for veterans as a ceremony, with a portrait of her, at the UT Health Science Center. Hutchison has worked hard for funding to help local veterans and stated, "To take care of veterans and my position as chair of Military and Veteran Affairs appropriation committee we really have been able to make improvements for military and veterans."
