HARLINGEN - Harlingen police arrested a 34 year-old man they say had sex with a 15 year-old female who was drugged and beaten.

Carlos Perez has been charged with sexual assault for the crime that occurred back in September of 2011. Police also arrested 33 year-old Randolph Chamlee who picked up the female at Gutierrez Park, drove her to a hotel, beat  her, drugged her and then forced her to have sex for money.
