Second Suspect Arrested in Indian Lake Burglary

A second person has been arrested in connection to a home burglary that occurred in the City of Indian Lake.

Police arrested Peggy Bartolome on Friday for burglary charges and she is accused of letting a second suspect, who broke into the home, know that the homeowner was out running errands. From the police investigation, Bartolome knew the homeowner would be out doing the errands because she was the person driving the victim on their errands.

Police have determined that Bartolome and Vicente Atkinson, the second suspect, worked together to come with the plan to rob the homeowner and both are accused of stealing about $25,000 dollars worth of property.
