Second Murder Suspect Being Sought in Ochoa's Death

McAllen police continue to search for a second suspect in the murder of Mission I.S.D. aide Hiram Ochoa.

Police believe 51 year-old, Victor Hugo Segura Gutierrez stabbed Ochoa several times and believe another man was involved. The 50 year-old was found dead last Thursday with several stab wounds to his back which happened at Ochoa's home on South 4th street, after a late night party. Friday, officers arrested Gutierrez and police say he spent Thursday night at the party and is responsible for Ochoa's death.
