BROWNSVILLE - A Brownsville U.S. Customs and Border Protection agent, who gave his life protecting our country, was honored by students at Episcopal Day school on Tuesday.
The students held a dedication event where it's Butterfly Garden was named after agent Jaime Zapata. Agent Zapata was killed in Mexico back in February during an ambush on a highway near San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The school says they look forward to using the newly dedicated garden.
