San Juan Police Make Arrest In Propane Business Owner's Murder

In San Juan, Police arrest a suspect, for the murder of long-time propane business owner, Juan Garza.
He was shot in the head, in early December.
Tonight, One suspect down, and police say, there's three more to go.
Thanks to an anonymous tip, San Juan Police Investigator, Rolando Garcia, says they were able to pick up 19-year old, David Salinas on an un-related charge.
Earlier today, they found him in a stolen vehicle, and later nabbed him as he was running away.
After questioning, Police say, Salinas confessed to being involved in the murder of Amigo-propane business owner, 53-year old, Juan Garza.
Salinas told police, he did not shoot Garza, but he gave names of three other suspects involved.
Police found Garza with a single gun shot wound to his head.
Garza was the father of three sons, one's a marine, the second son, is a paramedic, and the third is a Pharr police investigator.
Police say, "Any murder is devastating on a community especially in San Juan, but this one took special, and was close and dear to us, and we worked on it dilligently."
For months, they've been working hard on this case...and it's not over yet, because they still have three wanted men.
19-year old, Fernando Medina, Rodolfo Ricalday, and Alex Garcia.
They are all considered to be armed and very dangerous.

Police say, Salinas and the three wanted are all part of the southside bandidos gang.
Salinas will be arraigned tomorrow on capital murder charges.
He could face the death penalty if convicted.
