MCALLEN, TEXAS - A couple of the Houston Rockets took time out of their day to pay a special visit.

Greg Smith and Terrance Jones stopped by the doctors' hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg to visit children who have cancer. Smith and Jones signed basketballs and posed for pictures with the patients. Some of the children are missing the school year and friends so this is a way to lift their spirits and make it a positive part of treatment.

"It feels good you know just come back out here wile play a couple months in. Show the kids that you know I'm here for them and help them fight on. show support and put a smile on their faces is a lovely thing and i like it."
