BROWNSVILLE — A viewing and funeral service was held on Wednesday for 18 year-old Rivera high school senior Juvenal Torres.

Torres was killed in a car accident over the weekend in Matamoros, Mexico. The viewing was held at Christ Church of the Valley and then he was laid to rest at Guillen Cemetery. Family and friends attended the service and spoken of the young teen in high regards.
