RIO GRANDE CITY- A gang member is wanted by Texas Crime Stoppers for a parole violation. Abel Barrera, 35,  is on the Texas Most Wanted list and is a member of the Texas Mexican Mafia.

According to the Department of Public Safety, Barrera has an extensive criminal history including burglary, drug charges, evading arrest and deadly conduct. A $10,000 reward is offered for his capture.
