A Cold Chill Hits The Valley.
Many are heading to local shelters to find warmth.
One by one, those looking for warmth, are finding it, at Brownsville's Ozanam Shelter.
Shelter volunteer, Daniel Gonzales says, there's one thing these folks want to shield them from the frigid weather.
"Jackets, jackets, that's the biggest thing, a lot of them, don't have one, or theirs are torn. They need them to keep them warm," he says.
Warm clothes is not all these folks were looking for.
They also wanted some hot meals.
The Ozanam shelter is open 24 hours, 7 days a week, and offers three meals daily.
