Record Snowfall Continues
Overnight storm adds to Northeast's weather woes.
The Northeast is digging out again following a powerful winter storm that dumped more snow than forecasted.
New York City took the brunt of this latest storm with a total of 19 inches falling in Central Park.
It is the second time in the past few weeks the city received a foot of snow or more, making it the Big Apple's snowiest January ever.
The fast-moving storm, packed with wet and heavy snow, barreled up the Atlantic and brought major cities like New York and DC to a standstill, closing schools, airports and stranding drivers for hours on snow-packed roads.
Even President Obama's motorcade return to the White House was delayed due to the slow traffic.
In Philadelphia it was more of the same: Swirling and blowing snow that has many saying enough.
The rails were not spared.
Amtrak cut service between Boston and New York City.
