In a NewsCenter 23 update, bond was set for the second man accused in Brownsville's first homicide of the year.
Police say Randall Bolivar is facing a $3 million dollar bond for the murder of 30 year-old Aaron Castillo and an additional $100,000 dollars for evading arrest.
On Friday, Bolivar lead police in a car chase, stopped, got out of the car, ran across the expressway provoking a major accident that sent some drivers to the hospital. Bolivar is one of two men accused in the shooting death of Castillo near his home on Garden Street last Monday.
