Three suspects are now in custody for robbing a produce company back in May of this year.

Yesterday, San Juan police arrested the third member believed to be involved in an aggravated robbery that took place in a parking lot of a produce company.

Miguel Angel Ortiz, Fernando Gonzalez, and Luis Morales allegedly robbed a man at gunpoint, stealing his truck along with $70,000,

Ortiz is said to be the actual gunman who pulled the weapon on the victim.

All three men are charged with aggravated robbery and engaging in organized criminal activity.  Bond for each suspect is set at $350,000.

"The first two that were presented--Fernando and Luis--were in fact employees of Palmer Produce at one point," said San Juan PD spokesperson Sgt. Rolando Garcia.  "We had always suspected it was an inside job.  Bringing all these three people in now we know for a fact it was somebody that had knowledge of where they were at, and that's why we have engaging in organized criminal activity charge that's been added."

Police also arrested two other men along with Ortiz on Thursday for drug and weapons possession, but these two are said to have zero involvement in the May robbery.
