The Rotary Club of Harlingen welcomed a very special guest on Thursday night.

He was the President Elect of Rotary International Ray Klinginsmith and he spoke about the Rotary Youth Exchange and international aspect of the Rotary Club. Many young people from the U.S. are given the opportunity to visit other countries and learn about different cultures. Worldwide there are 30,000 Rotary Clubs and their goal is to eradicate Polio.
