Brownsville police arrested 22 year-old Juan Jose Cervantes-Barrera was arraigned on Tuesday morning after a routine traffic stop.

Cervantes-Barrera was pulled over by a officer for a traffic violation and after further questioning the officer searched the vehicle and found 100 pounds of marijuana in the trunk of the vehicle. Cervantes-Barrera's bond was set at $50,000 dollars and sent to jail.
