My question is with the Gas prices so high in the Valley? The City of Brownsville awarded a concrete company from Harlingen, Texas to put sidewalks on someparts of Padres Line Road from
Boca Chica Blvd to Ruben Torres Road. How can the Contractor made money with this gas prices? Also, if they put Handicap ramps at the corners, why is it that in some areas there are street light post in the middle of the sidewalk which defeats the purpose of the Handicap sidewalk.Useless for Wheelchair.

Great job in catching these two men there is a hole lot more in Brownsville to catch. Let keep our streets and our schools clean of this this growing drug problem in the Valley.
