WESLACO - A cold case that hasn't been solved for over 20 years now heats up as officials wait to extradite a suspect back to the lower Valley.

An elderly couple was murdered by intruders in the Magic Valley R.V. Park in Weslaco and police now have a lead on who they think might be involved.

This case is what promted the Weslaco Community to create the local Crime Stoppers organization.
