HARLINGEN, TEXAS (KVEO NEWS CENTER 23) — Police have identified 18 year-old Christopher Lee Garcia as the person who was killed on Sunday when his motorcycle collided with an SUV after allegedly ignoring a stop sign.

According to investigators, he was the rider on a motocycley traveling north on Granda street when he collided with a Ford Expedition and later died at Valley Baptist Medical Center. It was reported that he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident and no charges have been filed in the case.
