MCALLEN, TEXAS (KVEO NEWS CENTER 23) — Police released the identity of the body found on Tuesday in an alley way near 23rd street in McAllen.

Police say the man is 31 year-old Steven Florido and his body is undergoing an autopsy and toxicology to determine his cause of death. A resident reported the body on Tuesday morning and investigators believe there is no foul play involved.
