University police have solved the kidnapping case that occurred over a week ago, on the campus, of a female student by three men. On Saturday, police arrested 20 year-old Milton Trevino and charged him with aggravated kidnapping and investigators believe he was person who eventually freed the kidnapping victim after no ransom was paid. A third and final suspect, Onan Herrera Sanchez, turned himself into authorities on Saturday after he fled to Mexico and he also was charged with aggravated kidnapping. University police believe the victim was kidnapped and targeted for ransom and the department is urging those students, who could be targets of kidnapping, to contact police if they believe they could be targeted. Police are also urging anyone on campus to follow the "See something, say something." rule if they witness something suspicious to report it to campus police.
