A robbery suspect is arrested shortly after he allegedly held up a Subway restaurant with what turned out to be a toy gun.

Police arrested Robert Alexander Rincones, 31, on aggravated robbery charges. The Subway employee informed police that Rincones had come in and demanded money while holding a toy gun hidden in the pocket of his jacket and then fleeing the scene.

The employee recognized Incomes because he had previously been issued a criminal trespass warning which helped in police making a quick arrest.
