Planes Collide on JFK Tarmac
Home video shows Air France jet striking and spinning smaller Comair plane.
Two planes collided on the tarmac at New York's JFK International Airport Monday night.
An Air France Airbus A380 was taxiing for takeoff when it tried to pass behind a much smaller jetliner.
That's when the wing of the airbus caught the tail of Comair flight 62-93 and spun it around.
The Comair flight had just landed from Boston and was making its way to its gate.
Both jets are being inspected for damage.
The FAA says there were no injuries on board either plane.
Comair operates regional flights for Delta Airlines.
The A380 Airbus is one of the largest commercial passenger jets in the world.
