Florida authorities say, Billy Mays, who elevated the art of the television sales spiel to a fevered pitch, died of a heart attack.
Mays was best known for hawking products from cleaners to mops and was found by his wife unresponsive at their home in Tampa, Florida. She told investigators her husband wasn't feeling well on Saturday. Preliminary autopsy results showed that Mays suffered from hypertensive heart disease and toxicology and tissue test will take several weeks before a final cause of death is determined.
