The Pharr Municipal Court will once again be having the Amnesty Program beginning on February 1, 2013 and ending on April 30, 2013. There is still time for people with past due traffic tickets to pay without the additional penalty of the “Failure to Appear” fine.

Pharr Municipal Court Judge Rodolfo “Rudy” Martinez is inviting the public to appear in court to pay their Class C misdemeanor traffic violations. During the Amnesty Program, they will be allowed to present themselves without fear of reprisal and request the waiver of the “failure to appear” fine. This will be the case only during the course of this program.

People wanting to pay their past due fines may do so at the ticket counter of the PHARR MUNICIPAL COURT, located at 1900 S. Cage Blvd., Pharr, Texas.

This program will be available to those who appear voluntarily and in person. No phone calls please.

The Amnesty Program will end on April 30, 2013.
