BROWNSVILLE — A female pedestrian is in critical condition after she was struck and dragged underneath a vehicle when the driver did not see her in the parking lot of the Brownsville Sports Park. Police report that the driver made a u-turn in the parking lot and did not see the victim and ran over her dragging her several feet before stopping. The victim was taken to a local hospital for her injuries and was reported to be in critical condition.
