PALMVIEW - Summer is a time for barbecuing and spending time with friends and family. But if you plan to enjoy with a drink in your hand, Palmview Police warn those residents to stay off the road.

News Center 23's Erin Murray went on a ride along with Officer Raul Dominguez as he patrolled the Palmview roads.

And while exiting Expressway 83, a white truck almost ran into the police unit. But when Dominguez turned on his lights, the vehicle took more than a mile to pull over. It was a very suspicious sign.
