LA FERIA - Local business woman Jo Leigh Ares, owner of the Park Girl Mobile Homes, turned herself into authorities on a felony theft case.

Prosecutors say she accepted down payments from customers but failed to deliver the homes to those customers and Ares is being held on a million dollar bond.
