Eater inundated roads and businesses... like Austin pizza garden.

"But there was about four inches of water throughout the restaurant from front to back, which is the most I've ever seen in about 20 years.", Austin Pizza Garden Worker

Employees spent the day mopping up water and cleaning the restaurant.

Authorities have closed down roads throughout the region.

Some are just too dangerous to drive on or completely impassable because of high water or damaged asphalt.
