Record number of Hispanic voters were key for President Barak Obama's 2012 re-election.
71% of Hispanic votes went to Obama. Here in the Rio Grande Valley Obama also received high marks from Hispanic Voters.
While Obama supporters are pleased with his re-election, here at home some voters felt different. Some believe Romney could have brought a lot to the table, especially to improve the economy.
Besides a high percentage of Hispanic votes, Obama was also favored among women voters helping him to become victorious.
During the campaigns; Mitt Romney veered hard to the right on immigration during the GOP Primaries while Barak Obama promised to bring the immigration reform as a top priority in his second term.
