No Texting App

Cell phone app blocks texting when user is moving at more than 10 miles per hour.
An Orlando, Florida man has invented a BlackBerry app that prevents texting while driving.
George Distler said NOTXT uses the device's GPS to determine when a vehicle is going more than 10 mph.
The app then shuts down all texting and e-mail abilities until the car is stopped.
"Once you stop and the phone receives a signal again, all of your back texts you may have missed while driving will appear normally," said Distler.
Users cannot get around the app without a password.
The app costs $2.99 and is available through BlackBerry's App World.
