President Obama addresses problems with health care enrollment website, promises a fix.

(NBC News) President Obama admitted Monday there's no excuse for the problems that have marred the start of online signup for his affordable health care program.

"People don't just want it, they're showing up to buy it," he pointed out. "Nobody's madder than me about the fact that the website isn't working as well as it should, which means it's going to get fixed."

Specialists are tackling the job, but experts say fixing Healthcare.gov will take time.
